I would like to know what Tunex you had your trouble with. I'm the president of Tunex International a franchisor and I don't recall a franchisee by the name of Mike with children that work in the business. I could be wrong however, and it wouldn't be a first. We do have the Tunex name trademarked so if someone is using it then I have an issue that will need to be resolved.
