I had my semi-annual trip to the dentist today. The dentist used a phrase that I never thought that I would hear. "Your teeth are looking GREAT (emphasis mine, but still he used the word) and you appear to be taking good care of the them. You have had a few good appointments in a row. Keep up the good work."
I was in a state of shock. Oh, if only my old dentist could hear that. She would be absolutely shocked! Mom, if you see her, let her know.
