Yes, but now you can give up Paczki for Lent. Don't you get extra blessings for keeping your promise. Here in Idaho, we celebrated Fat Tuesday with Pam's unbelievable jambalaya. Asay is cajun. Pam doesn't believe me, but if you tasted her jambalay, you would.
