March 10th and it is snowing in St. George. So much for Tonya's flowers in the front area. I am beginning to think that it is never going to warm up here this year. Taylor says that "it is silly that it is snowing in March." Cedar City has over a foot and the DWS office up there is running with only a couple of people.
And to think that Tonya, Taylor and Shaylie were going to go to Holden today. Not going to happen. ;-)
Nope, I don't think we'll be heading up anytime soon! The girls have been having fun though...Taylor made her circle and everyone is bundled up and drinking hot chocolate. Love a winter snow storm in St. George!
ReplyDeleteWe didn't even get a inch last night , the front was from I-70 downward.
ReplyDeleteThere is still some on the lawn from the other two storms though.
Tay and Shay have their own snow....they won't need to come to Holden to play in the snow ...how sad :( :(
Sounds fun down there.....
Head up anytime you want ...I do have a ESL class until 3:00 Sat..
THe weather up here is supposed to be better than down there until Sunday....but we will still be getting some too.... Good thing you didn't come Thurs night...Mom said the cars by Bakers canyon were sliding off.
One guy pulled over and stopped in the middle of the snowy road and a deisel side swiped him.. another lady pulled off the road and wouldn't move , they had to get a tow truck to come and move her. Something like 8 slide offs. Mom was listening to her scanner for all this info..
So I was glad I told you not to come. Or suggested you wait until this morning. It's not that I didn't want you to come.
I wondered if I misleaad you until Mom caalled and was telling me all the horror stories on the Freeway. So now I don't feel so bad. Love you all.
your Mom
Here is something you won't see very often in St. George.
